An idyllic rural location, next to the Millpond after which the Site was originally named. It is a perfect spot for fishing, walking, exploring the Malvern Hills, the Wye Valley or simply relaxing. Follow the Herefordshire Cider Route around the county, starting at the Cider Museum, Hereford. Westons Cider is at Much Martle. Wine lovers can enjoy the Three Choirs Vineyard at Newent. Walkers and cyclists can enjoy Malvern Hills, the Black Mountains and the Forest of Dean. Ledbury, to the east, is known for its beautiful, timber-framed Black and White buildings. The Butchers Row Museum and the Barrett Browning Institute – dedicated to the work of the poet Elizabeth – are both housed in such buildings.
