Its parish church is one of the finest in the country. Nearby Attractions Stratford-upon-Avon is known as the birthplace of Shakespeare. It is also home to a butterfly farm and the Royal Shakespeare Company. The Cotswold Falconry Centre and Batsford Arboretum are both at Batsford near Morton-in-Marsh. The Falconry gives an insight into the ancient art in a natural setting and the Arboretum is one of the country’s largest private collections of trees and shrubs. Hook Norton brewery is open to the public. It still uses a steam engine and other traditional methods to produce its beer.
