Leek Camping and Caravanning Club Campsite

In the Staffordshire Moorlands, Leek is perfect for walking or exploring the industrial heart of England. The Peak District is to the north, the Potteries to the south. There are plenty of attractions to visit in the area, including Alton Towers. Some pitches are sloping and chocks are required. A fully functional disabled facilty for wheelchair users, including level access shower and equipment.

The town of Leek has many interesting buildings and a new, pedestrianised shopping centre. Foxfield Railway runs steam trains through five-and-a-half miles of north Staffordshire – a superb way to enjoy the area’s most beautiful scenery. There are several museums, galleries and factories to explore in the Potteries, like Moorcroft in Stoke on Trent, which includes a factory tour. Speedwell Cavern is one of the Peak District’s amazing caves. Visitors can explore it by boat.
