A sandy beach backed by dunes and low sandy cliffs, Caister is a small family beach resort with all the usual facilities and entertainments, including shops, cafes, pubs and toilets around the town and beach. Horse-riding and a golf course are available nearby. Great Yarmouth racecourse is also just near Caister-on-Sea.
