The park has 2 amenity blocks and the reception area also has sales of basic food products and newspapers as well as Calor gas. There is also an excellent supply of tourist brochures and information. There is an excellent dog walk around the perimeter of the park, through woodland and across open heathland. Seasonal pitches are an option at Ladycross along with grass and hardstand touring pitches. There is a bus service to Whitby, stopping on the A171, approx 10 minute walk from the park.
