Beadnell Bay Camping and Caravanning Club Site

Walk a few steps from Beadnell Bay and you are among the sand dunes of the North Northumberland Heritage Coast. Much of the lovely Northumberland Heritage Coast is designated both a Heritage Coast and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The local sand dunes are a haven for birdlife, even in winter. No designated Motor Home Service Point on Site, therefore a hose for filling and a bucket for emptying the tank will be required.

The medieval Alnwick Castle makes a good day out. It has provided the backdrop for many films and TV series, including the Elizabeth, Blackadder and the Harry Potter movie. Visit some of Northumberland’s many castles and fortified buildings – known as bastles and peletowers. These include Kielder, Bamburgh, and Chillingham. Beadnell and Seahouses harbours are famous for watersports, attracting divers, anglers, windsurfers and canoeists. The Club Site has a shower for those in wetsuits.
