Dunstan Hill Camping and Caravanning Club Site

In the past, Dunstan Hill saw 400 years of violence and unrest now it could not be more tranquil, just a mile from the glorious Northumberland coast. You can see the results in the local castles and fortifications. The lovely beaches of the North Northumberland Heritage Coast are a few minutes’ walk away. Embleton Bay has a wide, golden, sandy beach with views to Dunstanburgh Castle.

Alnwick Garden is constantly developing. The Serpent Garden is home to a giant holly serpent and the Poison Garden holds some of the most deadly plants in the world. Bamburgh Castle traces its royal heritage back to the seventh century. Boats to the Farne Islands leave from Seahouses. The Islands are famous for breeding bird colonies (including puffins) in early summer, and a seal colony.
