this site is absolutely beautiful. the owners are very helpful and friendly. i have a van, but i did look round the camping facilities which are excellent. Large toilet/shower block, pot washing facilities etc and a block where you can go and cook your breakfast and sit at one of the tables provided, everywhere is very clean and well looked after. The scenery as you can imagine is stunning, the site overlooks Derwent Water. Bus stop outside the site and also a pub just next door, the Crag Bar which also does B/B. This site ticks all the boxes for me as a past tenter and now caravanner.
