** CARAVAN CLUB MEMBERS ONLY ** Just a short walk from Southport Caravan Club Site, you will find yourself in the heart of the elegant Victorian seaside town of Southport. Strolling past the exclusive shops in historic Lord Street with their vaulted canopies and Victorian glass is like stepping into another era. Opposite the site, there is a nature reserve, Victoria Park with its croquet, bowling greens, and flower show in late August, as well as plenty of family fun on the nearby beach. This site has undergone many improvements since refurbishment work started in January 2012. Works are to contuinue into 2013.

Southport Caravan Club Site is also a convenient distance away from the spectacular Air Show which is sure to delight the young and old alike. Other famous attractions in the area include the Lake District, the Yorkshire Moors, the Roman city of Chester and Wigan Pier. All in all the caravan park makes for an ideal holiday touring base, with plenty of worthwhile destinations and activities to keep the whole family entertained.
