Shamba Holidays offers first-class touring and camping facilities in pleasant countryside. The park appeals to country lovers and young families who wish to enjoy the many local attractions. It is ideally situated to explore Hampshire and Dorset, and is close to the New Forest and Bournemouth. Shamba has 150 good-sized pitches all with electric hook-up facility, and welcomes caravans, motorhomes and tents. Dogs are also permitted. The modern toilet and shower facilities, incorporating family shower/changing rooms, family bathroom and designated wheelchair users shower room, are free to all guests, as is the use of the leisure amenities. There is also a launderette, an enclosed wash-up area, chemical and motor vehicle greywaste disposal points. The park has a superb 40ft heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool and paddling pool and its impressive clubhouse has a licensed bar and large screen TV. There is also a well-equipped shop, takeaway, games/amusements room and children’s play area.

There are a host of attractions within easy reach, including: The New Forest, less than 3 miles away. A great place to explore on foot, bicycle or horseback and with many picturesque villages and market towns worth a visit. The vibrant holiday resort of Bournemouth with its shops, sandy beaches, restaurants and theatres. The award winning Moors Valley Country Park with its play areas, model steam train, adventure play trail, golf course and fishing lake. Paultons Park, a family theme park with numerous rides, wildlife gardens and museums. The world renowned Marwell Zoo near Winchester. Adventure Wonderland, a fabulous theme park aimed at younger families offering rides, a maze, play/adventure areas, shows and a huge indoor play centre.
