Description
One of the main selling points of Dolaucothi Estate Caravan Park is its close proximity to the old Roman gold mines, first exploited by the Romans almost 2,000 years ago and an ideal place to learn about the history of this part of Wales. An added bonus is the setting. The caravan site is set amongst a sprawling 2,500 acre estate owned and managed by the National Trust. It is also close to the River Cothi - set in lovely Red Kite country this open glade within woodland will delight with fragrant flowers and abundant wildlife.
