Description
All our pitches are Super Pitch standard, being gravel or slate hard standing with large grass separations planted with various shrubs and trees. The pitches are South East to South West facing to maximise the fabulous views and sunshine, yes, we have lots of sunshine on Anglesey!! and are accessible to the largest of outfits with ease. All super pitches have a grey water waste disposal drain, fresh running water tap with screw fitting, and 10 Amp earthed electricity outlets.
Our 4 acre, family run, dog friendly touring site is open from March 01st to October 31st, within an easy 15 minute walk to the sandy beach and dunes of Cymyran Beach (which stretches 2 miles to Rhosneigr), and a wide variety of country and coastal walks including the Anglesey Coastal Footpath, cycle routes - both local and national, RSPB Reserves - Valley Wetlands, South Stack and only a short 10 minute drive from the Ferry Port of Holyhead.

Visitors to Pen-y-Llyn Caravan Site who have been associated with the RAF often come for a nostalgic trip down memory lane at the adjacent RAF Valley airfield. RAF Valley is a Royal Air Force station on the island of Anglesey, Wales, which provides advanced pilot training using the BAE Hawks.
There are numerous Attractions on offer to entertain all - from the magnificence of Beaumaris Castle, the historic and stunning Parys Mountain Copper mines, the elegance of Plas Newydd to the amazing marine life on show at Anglesey Sea Zoo or the buzz and excitement of the race track at the Anglesey Circuit.
Many events of note are organised annually, including the Anglesey Agricultural Show in August, the Oyster & Food Festival in October, Beaumaris Arts Festival in May, and the Walking Festival in June to name but a few.
