The site has an emphasis on quiet, peaceful relaxation.. To this end we have decided to take bookings for adults only and no large groups. The camping field is extensive and situated in a wild area near the lake with flattened patches for pitching tents. The area has amazing wildlife including orchids, dragon and damsel flies, buzzards, kites, frogs, newts and toads and sometimes even nightjars and glow worms. Once we had even had a visiting otter! There is a spring water supply and a bright, airy composting toilet.
