Henstent Caravan & Touring Park

Henstent Park is a small, peaceful, family run site which occupies a spectacular elevated position in the Tanat Valley on the fringe of the Berwyn mountain range, which provides a stunning backdrop and superb views. There is fishing on the river Tanat, which forms one boundary of the Park, as well as bird watching, excellent walks, wildlife and stargazing. Locally there are two pubs, both serving meals. Our facilities include a heated shower block, laundry, dish washing, EHU's, WiFi, library. 

There is lots to do and see in the local and surrounding area. Places of interest include: Bala lake - water sports, leisure centre, narrow gauge railway Lake Vyrnwy - walks, bird watching, wood scultpure Pennant Melangell church Llanrhaeadr Waterfall - one of the seven wonders of Wales Snowdonia National Park Powys Castle Llanfair narrow gauge railway Chester Llanfyllin Recreation Centre Golf courses at Oswestry, Llanmynech and Oswestry
